Jodie Stainton ‘fell’ into and in-love with property management in 2001 and has never looked back. Starting out as a cadet leasing consultant, she worked her way through every role including Business Development Manager to Department Manager and a Director of two publicly listed companies.
In 2009 Jodie jumped at the chance to take on the role of State Manager for Harcourts, a large international brand. This involved broadening her skills into consulting, training and development. It was here in 2010, she started her first Business Development Club which became a nation-wide initiative. For another 3 years, she was involved with hiring, developing and networking with over 60 business development team members.
Moving to Apmasphere in 2013, Jodie initiated another growth group which was implemented throughout Ray White, overseeing the development of over 70 team members. The focus for the group was on pipeline management, KPI’s, understanding the market place and growth potential. During this time, she also brought to the marketplace the first National Property Management franchise.
After many years of travel, Jodie’s young family became her focus and she joined Coronis as the Growth Leader. Laying the foundations for growth in the business, she’s now been charged with taking the brand nationally with a new model, assisting property managers into business ownership for better client outcomes.
